Click "browse" and upload a plain text file which contains a Euclidean point cloud, with each point on a line with each coordinate separated by spaces. Examples include Circle50.txt, Sphere100.txt, and Torus200.txt. The rips filtration will be computed up to edge lengths bounded by the distance cutoff, and diagrams will be shown for all dimensions from 0 up to the maximum homological dimension specified (capped at 3).
